An assessment was made of the high country landscape between Mt. St. Bathans and Hawkdun Ranges, in the Maniototo, Central Otago. It included assessment of the inherent landscape values including defining the Outstanding Natural Landscape (ONL) boundary. The project produced a recommendation of management methods within the station for landscape protection.
