Christchurch Landscape Architects, Glasson Huxtable operates throughout New Zealand and also internationally.

Founded in 1987 by Chris Glasson, the company specialises in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Landscape Masterplanning and Landscape Assessment work.

Our clients come from a wide range of sectors including civic, institutional, commercial, and residential.

We pride ourselves on being creative, collaborative and pragmatic designers. Our approach is to listen attentively, and to understand and respect the individual needs of our clients. We add value to the process by balancing these needs with well grounded landscape philosophies, planning approaches, and modern design techniques.

We take our cue from nature and the human connection to the land. Many of our projects are designed to relate to a regional context. The use of local indigenous materials and celebration of our shared history within modern design provides a connection to our own landscape and creates a deeper sense of belonging for people.
